If you’ve heard of our organization, you’ve probably heard something like this: “The Gideons—they’re the people who put Bibles in hotel rooms.” That’s absolutely right. But while you’re here, we hope to broaden your understanding of this global ministry.
The Gideons International In Canada was founded in 1911. We’ve grown to include our international arm, ShareWord Global, because we want to share God’s Word everywhere. In our own nation, we do that through our volunteer membership, church partners, youth and young adults. And the local church is important to us. We’re strategic to partner with like-minded ministries, in Canada and all our key regions around the globe. Just by joining this fishing series you will be helping us with our life-changing mission, which is funded entirely though the generous donations of supporters like you.
